For requests from customers without an existing framework agreement, you have the option to upload your own terms and conditions.
The GTC's are an integral part of every reservation contract and regulate the contractual conditions with the most relevant criteria such as deposit payment, cancellation conditions and invoice processing.
Every customer in the MICE portal makes the request with the GTC's already integrated. If you do not agree with the GTC's, you can object to the points you do not agree with in the comment field when submitting the offer. Furthermore, as a service provider, you have the option to object to the terms and conditions of the customer and upload your own terms and conditions.
Please note: Basis and prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract is the acceptance by the hotel / event service provider of the terms and conditions of the MICE Portal. The acceptance of the terms of use / general terms and conditions of the MICE portal is the so-called admission ticket to the bidding process of the customer.
Agreements with the customer in the reservation contract, which concern third parties and or the MICE Portal, are void according to German contract law. This also applies to possible commission restrictions, which are gladly placed in the comment field of the reservation contract with the customer.
Tip: All service providers who have concluded a framework agreement with their company have already agreed to the GTC's when concluding the contract.
Please note: The hotel has the possibility to note in the comment field that they do not agree with the terms and conditions. Here it is mostly about the cancellation conditions as well as deposit payments (prepayment). These should then be noted including the scale in the comment field of the service provider. Ultimately, you decide whether you want to accept this, this is made clear to you in the reservation contract angezeit.
