If desired, the project requirements can be changed at any time.

Once a project has been created in the MICE portal, the data stored for the event can be changed at any time. This is particularly helpful if, for example, the number of participants, group rooms or hotel rooms changes. It is also possible to add an event (e.g. supporting program).

The following steps must be observed to ensure error-free implementation.

Please note: If there is a change to an already booked process, it is up to the service provider whether and to what extent the changes can be implemented.

Our tip: You can adjust requirements in your project at any time. Before booking, after booking and even if you already have quotes. Make sure that you send your modified requirements to the provider in order to receive a new quote.

  • Open your project overview by calling up your process.
  • Scroll down to the “Requested services” section.
  • Select “Change requirements”.
  • You will return to the overview table from step 2 of your event request.
  • Here you can add, remove or change any requirements/services.
  • Once you have done this, click on “Save”.

You can view the history of the changes made at any time.

  • Show the “desired services”
  • Click on “History” and then on the respective date of the change

2. transmission to the service provider

Please note: If you have already received offers, you have to inform these service providers of the changes.

  • Once you have saved your changes, a pop-up will be displayed where you can inform the provider of the changed settings.

If you only want to inform the provider about the changes later on, you can also send a message afterwards:

  • Click on the “small gray box” in front of the name of the service provider.
  • Then select “Contact”.
  • Select “Change/modify booking” in the pop-up window.
  • You can write a letter to the service provider in the comment field.
  • Click on “Send” in the last step.

You have successfully made a change to your project and sent it to the service provider. After confirmation, you can make an error-free booking.
