Requirements can be transferred to add individual days to your event.
There are several scenarios in the MICE portal where copying requirements can be particularly helpful. For example, when planning a conference that lasts several days but is basically structured in the same way, this function can make things much easier. The requirements can be transferred to the following days with just a few clicks.
Tip: If the event is only to be postponed by 1-2 days, another method is suitable for making the adjustment. Please read the article Move/copy an event
- After adding your desired days to your event, click on the service you want to copy.
- In the window that opens, you will find a gray "Advanced options" button at the bottom left.
- A drop-down window opens where you can select the days to which the requests are to be transferred (multiple selection possible).
- When you are finished, click on the "Done" button. The service has now been added to the desired days.
- When you have copied all the services, click on "Save requests" at the bottom.
