1. Utilization of templates
- First, select your desired event theme. You have the choice between seven different formats. Once you have chosen your desired theme, click on "Next."
Tip: If you're not sure which theme suits your event best, simply click on the respective themes. In the info box on the right-hand side, you'll find a description of the selected theme.
- In the next step, you will be asked for the most important event details for your event. Then, you will enter all the key data. This includes points such as date & time, destination, option deadline - as well as the number of overnight stays, packages, additional services, etc.
Fill out the steps according to your preferences until you ultimately reach the selection of service providers. Click on "Select Service Provider" there to be redirected to our database.
Please note: The templates adapt to your selected event theme. Therefore, you may be asked different questions for each template, and as a result, you may need to provide different information.
Once you have selected your service providers, you will be taken back to the template, where you must provide the invoice details as the final step.
After completing this step, you will receive an overview of your created project and your project has been successfully and completely created with the template.
