Our event planners have the option in the MICE portal to plan entire series of dates for a specific type of event. You will then receive simultaneous inquiries for various dates.

A series booking refers to a project comprising multiple events of the same type, grouped together.
Good examples of this include trainings, seminars, workshops, etc., where the event requirements are identical but occur on different dates throughout the year.
1. How do I recognize a series of inquiries?
You will receive simultaneous emails with event inquiries featuring identical requirements for different dates.
Note: Each date is assigned its own MICE Portal project number because the contract between the booker and you is concluded for each individual event date.
2. Creating proposals for multiple dates under the same conditions
You create an offer for each date using the inquiry link provided in your email. Often, prices and conditions for a series of events with identical requirements are the same.
We make your job easier by allowing you to easily set up your offer for multiple dates with just one click using the copy function.
- Open the offer submission link for the first date and create your offer.
- For the subsequent dates, simply create your offers by copying your initial offer.
- To do this, go to the offer submission link for the second date and scroll down.
- You will see the details of the first event listed, and to the right of it, click on the 'Copy Offer' button.
Tip: If you want to offer a different set of conditions for a date in the series inquiry, such as for a trade show, simply create a custom offer using the link provided and do not use the copy function in this case.
3. Declining one of the dates in the series inquiry
If you are unable to offer a date in the series inquiry, simply decline it.
3.1 Contracts
For each date, a separate contract is established in the MICE Portal between you as the provider and the booker.
