In this article, we explain how adding service providers to an existing project works.
Adding service providers differs from creating trades in a project. To add a service provider, follow these steps:
1. Open your project.
2. Scroll down to the desired services and options period. Below this, you'll find the "Service Providers" tab.
3. Click on "Add Hotels" to access the database.
Please note: If you have created a different type of trade, such as a location, this button may also say "add location" or something similar.

4. Search for your desired service providers in the database.
5. You can add your desired service providers to the cart by clicking the "Add to wallet" button here.
6. To add the hotels or service providers from the cart to your project, go to the green bag icon at the top right and click "Add to wallet".
7. You have the option to leave an individual comment for each service provider or change the email address. However, this is optional and does not need to be filled out.
8. When you're finished, click "Add to wallet" at the bottom right.
9. Finally, click the checkbox next to the names of the service providers on the left and then click "Send Request".
10. You can also select individual service providers by checking the box and thus send your request only to the selected service providers.
Our tip: Please first inquire about your top 3 preferred hotels. If your preferred choices are fully booked, you can always add more hotels and request them individually. Alternatively, you can create a list directly with all the hotels that are suitable for you.
Pease note: You should wait for feedback from your preferred hotels before sending inquiries to additional hotels. Request hotels from your list one by one, not all at once! You only intend to book one offer. This approach eases the load on the hospitality industry and is a fair practice.
