How to create additional logins for colleagues to administer the service provider record in the MICE Portal?
With your login in the MICE portal the authorization to create further access data is automatically linked. Under the menu item "Settings" / "Access data" you can add further contacts of colleagues of your hotel.
Of course you also have the possibility to add external representatives for the maintenance of your data in your MICE Portal profile. The responsibility and administration is equally incumbent on all persons with login authorization.
Please note: All persons you add under "Login data" have the authorization to actively edit your profile in the MICE portal. This includes deleting data and editing access rights.
