You have the possibility to submit an offer in the MICE portal, even if it is only the second option while another client holding the first option is making a decision.
1. Leave a note in the comment field
2. Reject a request
You can submit an offer as usual and indicate the option in the comment field. However, you also have the option to reject the offer with a suitable reason.
1. Leave a note in the comment field:
- Enter your respective prices as usual.
- Scroll down until you see the "Comments" field.
- There you can leave a note that your offer is only valid in the second option.
- Click on "Next" and then on "Create offer".
2. Reject a request:
- Scroll down and click "Reject a request".
- Enter your name and select the rejection reason "Bidding could only be done in 2nd option.(Please offer alternative date in the comment field.)".
- Enter your alternative date in the comment field.
- Click on "Create".
