In your project overview, you can see all your projects and their status at a glance. Here, you can also search for specific projects and apply a variety of filters.

1. Accessing the project overview
First, log in to the MICE Portal using your credentials. You will be directed to the homepage upon successful login.
Next, click on 'Project Search' located in the top left corner. This will take you directly to your project overview with all the projects you have set up.
In your project overview, you will see all the projects that you have access to. If you are part of a team, you will also see projects belonging to your colleagues.
The following columns are displayed by default in the overview:
- Project Number
- Start Date
- Name
- Handler
- Location (City)
2. Meaning of the legends
The colors represent the following statuses:
- White = Inactive Projects: No requests have been sent yet.
- Yellow = Active Projects
- Green = Booked Projects
- Red = Cancelled Projects
Our tip: You can customize the columns in the project overview as needed. For example, you can choose to display the option period instead of the start date.
Open the search filter and go to the bottom dropdown menu labeled 'Columns'.
Here, you can choose up to 5 criteria from over 20 options that best suit your needs.
3. Using filters
- If you no longer know the project number, you can filter projects using other criteria to find them.
- Common filters include event name, hotel name, or project handler.
- Alternatively, you can also search by time periods such as creation date, event date, or option period.
