To get the best possible deal for your planned event, we recommend entering renegotiations with your preferred service providers.
With good preparation and strategy, you can negotiate prices with the service providers. A good knowledge of current market prices is advantageous.

1. Can every offer be renegotiated?
When dealing with service providers in the open market, it's always advisable to attempt renegotiation of the offer. Currently, prices fluctuate due to economic conditions, and service providers are receptive to discussions.
Please note: Fixed prices have already been negotiated with framework contract partners, so reserve renegotiations for offers in the open market. You can distinguish framework contract partners from open market service providers in the service provider overview of your project. Framework contract partners are identified with your company logo.
2. How do I negotiate in the MICE Portal?
Access the project for which you want to renegotiate with the service providers through your project overview.
2.1 Selecting the service providers
Select the service providers with whom you wish to conduct renegotiations by checking the box next to the hotel name, and click "Contact" to notify the provider
2.2 Choosing a message template and composing a message
Use our message template "Please check the offer" and write a brief message to the provider outlining your expectations.
Our tip: Contact the desired service provider by phone before and discuss details in advance.
3. Savings
After the provider has revised the offer and provided it to you anew, the savings achieved through your renegotiation will be shown to you in the MICE portal as a "Saving."
