If the link for accessing a project for one of your service providers has expired, you can send them a new link manually.
1. Contact service provider
2. View message history
If the link to submit a quotation for the service provider has expired or no quotation has been received for any other reason, you can resend the enquiry using these simple steps.
You can also resend a link to a service provider who has already submitted a quote so that they can view your project again.
Our tip: Don't send more than 5 enquiries at once at the beginning, you can always send them later and thus also enquire about different cities. Guarantee a clear procedure and give the service provider the opportunity and chance to submit an offer.
It is best to proceed in batches. If the first ones requested decline, you can add more.
Avoid sending too many requests at the same time.
1. Contact service provider
- First open your project via the ‘Project search’.
- You will find your service provider selection below the key data.
- Click on the small grey box in front of the hotel name.
- Then select the ‘Contact’ button
- A pop-up will open in which you can select a message template.
You can use the following message templates to send the link:
- Please check the offer: You think that the service provider made a mistake when submitting the quote and would like them to check the quote again and amend it if necessary.
- Reminder: You would like to send the service provider a reminder about your enquiry, as they have not yet responded to your enquiry.
- Message: Individual request or individual question/information
- You can write a personal letter to the service provider in the free text field.
- Finally, click on ‘Send’.
2. View message history
- To view a possible response from the service provider, you can click on the hotel name.
- The message history between you and the service provider will then open.
