1. MICE Portal terms and conditions and privacy policy
The terms and conditions of the MICE portal govern the exchange of services between the portal and hotels/event service providers. Acceptance of these terms of use is the necessary basis for offering services as a provider of event services on the MICE Portal, creating offers for received inquiries, and closing reservations upon acceptance. Furthermore, the terms of use regulate the financing/commission arrangement upon the conclusion of a reservation contract with a customer on the MICE Portal.
Notice: Providers and customers enter into a bilateral reservation contract on the online platform MICE Portal. The terms and conditions of use for providers govern the presentation of the providers' service portfolio as well as the commission compensation on the MICE Portal.
Notes from the provider in the reservation contract that are unfavorable to the MICE Portal, especially concerning the commission regulation, are legally not permissible and therefore void.
- The presentation of their own service portfolio in the free Basic MICE Accounts is the responsibility of the provider; they receive their access data for free on the MICE Portal.
- The privacy policy regulates the processing of your uploaded data as well as access and usage data.

- Under "general information" - "term of use/privacy policy," you can check the boxes corresponding to acceptance and save your preferences.
Please note: Processing and final storage of your database entry, such as uploading images, are only possible after accepting the terms and conditions of use!

Please note: Only after accepting the MICE Portal terms and conditions can you participate in the quotation process with the customer. The quotation process occurs bilaterally, solely between the customer and the provider. Some of the customer-specific MICE Portals have slightly modified MICE Shop terms and conditions.
