As a supplier, you can submit offers quickly and easily in the MICE portal. We will show you step by step how to create a quote.
Our customers use the MICE Portal to optimise their purchasing processes for booking hotel and event services. In order to receive an inquiry, you must first register as a provider in the MICE portal here and have accepted our terms of use (GTC) and our privacy policy.
If a customer wishes to make an inquiry, you will receive a system-generated email with a link to submit an offer and the key details of the inquiry.
Good to know: You do not need to log in to process an inquiry in the MICE portal. Simply click on the link to submit an offer in the automatically generated e-mail that you receive via the MICE Portal.
However, if you want to edit your profile in the MICE Portal database, you will need to log in. It's that simple: Create a service supplier login
Please note: Before opening the link, make sure that you are not logged into the MICE portal at the same time to edit your profile. Alternatively, you can copy the link from the email and open it in another browser.

3. Check and send offer
4. Reject inquiry
1. Check inquiry
- Click on the ‘Submit offer’ button in the e-mail
- In the next step, you can see which services are requested by which customer and under which conditions (cancellation conditions, payment conditions, commission, etc.). You decide whether to submit an offer or reject the enquiry.
Our tip: If you have any queries or would like to offer an alternative date, for example, you can contact the customer using the ‘Send email to customer’ button. Here you can find out how to communicate with your customer in the MICE portal.
2. Submit an offer
The MICE portal offers venues in particular the opportunity to customise offers according to their own circumstances by adding the services you would like to offer.
Our tip: You have the option of uploading individual services with the corresponding price in the MICE portal.
For example:
Service 1: 1 x location hire for 500 people
Service 2: 1 x furniture/table, chairs for 500 people
Service 3: 500 x drinks package
Tip: If you only work with your internal offer PDFs, you can enter the total price of your event offer in one sum in the MICE Portal and upload your individual offer document to the MICE Portal.
- If you would like to submit a quote, click on the ‘Create quote’ button
- In the next step, the desired services and conditions will be displayed again. You can now add your services using the Services button and then enter your prices in EUR.
Please note: The VAT rate can be adjusted according to the legal requirements.
- You also have the option of sending a detailed offer with your order
- You can enter a comment in the ‘Notes’ field
- Customers can also enter comments in the requirements. So make sure you read the entire enquiry carefully so as not to overlook any (price) relevant information.
- Every customer in the MICE portal submits the enquiry with integrated GTC. If you do not agree with the customer's GTC, you can object to the points you do not agree with in the comments field. This usually affects cancellation conditions or deposit payments (advance payments). These must then be entered in the comments field, including the scale
- All comments and additional conditions become part of the reservation contract and are legally binding for both parties.
Please note: The basis and prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract is the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of the MICE Portal by the hotel / event service provider. Acceptance of the terms of use / GTC of the MICE portal is the so-called entry ticket to the customer's bidding process.
Agreements with the customer in the reservation contract that affect third parties and/or the MICE Portal are null and void under German contract law. This also applies to any commission restrictions placed in the comments field of the reservation contract with the customer.
Once you have filled in all the fields, enter your contact details and click on the ‘Next’ button.
3. Check and send the offer
- In the last step, you can check your details again.
- If you want to make changes, click on the ‘Check offer’ button.
